Global Services Marketing Coordinator
We are looking for a Global Services Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day product marketing and sales enablement activities for Arrow's Global Services organization across all service lines, with a stronger focus on the education business. This is a global role based in Gdańsk, Poland, supporting stakeholders across EMEA and North America, and working closely with business development, sales, program managers, offer managers, and marketing teams. The person in this role will combine hands-on content and campaign execution with a more strategic advisory role, helping internal stakeholders shape the right messaging, marketing approach, and go-to-market support for Arrow's services.
Day-to-day
- Create, update, and manage sales and marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, pitch decks, battlecards, case studies, talk tracks, FAQs, and other collateral that support Arrow's services offering and sales efforts.
- Coordinate with vendor marketing teams, supplier resources, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure that all developed materials are aligned with Arrow's brand messaging, value proposition, and services portfolio.
- Support digital marketing activities across websites, LinkedIn, and internal platforms, ensuring the right content and messaging are in place and supporting campaigns launched through these channels.
- Advise on and support the lead management process for incoming leads generated through digital platforms, helping ensure effective follow-up and alignment with business needs.
- Organize, maintain, and update sales enablement content within shared repositories, ensuring content is easy to find, up to date, and properly version-controlled.
- Support the administration and adoption of sales enablement tools and platforms such as CRM systems, shared repositories, and learning platforms.
- Help onboard and train sellers on tools, processes, workflows, materials, and best practices, while maintaining playbooks and documentation.
Strategic responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert on Arrow's services, value proposition, and messaging, supporting Program Managers, Offer Managers, and sales leaders with marketing needs related to specific go-to-market initiatives.
- Identify target audiences and recommend the most effective channels, messaging, and marketing approaches to reach them, while helping capture, track, and evaluate the results of these efforts.
- Serve as a point of contact for product development- and sales-related marketing questions and requests, and act as a liaison between sales, corporate marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment on messaging, launches, and priorities.
- Track and report on enablement activities, participation, adoption, content usage, and campaign effectiveness, and assist in analyzing results to identify opportunities to improve seller productivity and marketing impact.
Who You Are
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have 3+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, content marketing, or go-to-market support, ideally within a B2B technology or services environment.
- You understand technology services, including areas such as support, professional services, managed services, and education, and can translate service value propositions into effective marketing support.
