Function Content

• Drafting quotation requests.
• Processing incoming orders.
• Answering questions about prices and products.
• Acting as a point of contact for customers.
• Proactively contacting the customer about ongoing quotation requests.
• Supporting the development and maintenance of long-term relationships with your accounts.
• Communicating with employees of various other departments within the organization, such as Credit Management and Customer Services.
• Handling aftersales (back-order, handling questions) and other administrative tasks.
• Working with CRM and administrative systems.

Function Requirements

• You have demonstrable knowledge of or background in order processing or sales support/sales administration.
• You have MBO+/HBO work and thinking level.
• You work accurately.
• You are customer and service-oriented.
• You are flexible and able to prioritize.
