As a Product Sales Specialist within the Business Unit Network & Security, you will provide sales and administrative support in the quote and order process. Together with your Inside Sales colleagues, you will ensure that all customers receive their requested products and services on time. In customer contact, your communication skills and commercial knowledge will be useful, and you will be asked to identify sales opportunities; you are customer-oriented and have the company objectives in mind. You will work closely with the Business Development Managers Fortinet of the Network & Security business unit.

Job content:

• Drafting quote requests.
• Processing incoming orders.
• Answering questions about prices and products.
• Acting as a customer contact point.
• Proactively contacting customers about ongoing quote requests.
• Supporting the development and maintenance of long-term relationships with your accounts.
• Communicating with employees of different departments within the organization, such as Credit Management and Customer Services.
• Handling aftersales (back-order, handling questions) and other administrative tasks.
• Working with CRM and administrative systems.

Job requirements:

• Proven knowledge of or background in order processing or sales support/sales administration.
• You have MBO+/HBO work and thinking level.
• You work accurately.
• You are customer- and service-oriented.
• You are flexible and able to prioritize.
• You reside in the Utrecht region (Central Netherlands).
