Le Studio Design d'Artefact, studio digital intégré à l'agence de conseil en Data & IA, recherche un stagiaire UX/UI Designer à partir de janvier 2026 pour un stage de 6 mois pour renforcer son équipe en pleine croissance.

By joining Artefact, you will join a multidisciplinary team composed of experts in e-commerce, media, data, AI, and creation, to design and produce innovative and high-performing digital experiences for our clients.

Your role will be to actively participate in UX/UI projects, from user research to interface design, through the animation of collaborative workshops. You will also assist the studio teams in the development of creative and strategic proposals to respond to calls for tenders.

The proposed missions:

• Conduct user research, analyze the market and the environment of our clients (audit, benchmark, data analysis, user interviews, tests, etc.)
• Assist in the design and animation of workshops to generate ideas and align stakeholders (ideation, card sorting, crazy eights, etc.)
• Design user journeys (tree, wireframes, user flows) and produce engaging and intuitive interfaces (low and high fidelity mockups, prototypes)
• Participate in team life and pre-sales by bringing your UX expertise
• Collaborate with various profiles (business, PM, PO, developers, DA, motion and UI designer) to ensure the coherence and quality of deliverables
• Define and follow relevant KPIs to measure the performance of the experiences designed

Profile sought:

• In training in the field of design, ergonomics, social sciences (level Bac +3 to Bac +5)
• Passionate about digital and the issues related to data and AI, you are creative and a force of proposal to imagine innovative experiences
• Good knowledge of English to work with international clients
• Mastery of the design of users flow, wireframes and mockups on Figma
• Knowledge of UX methodologies and associated tools (Miro, Figjam, Principle, Zeplin...)
• Be a force of proposal and know how to defend your recommendations in an argued way
• Team spirit, rigor, listening and client relationship skills
• Desire to share your knowledge and contribute to the increase in competence of the team
• A plus: Knowledge of no-code, programming languages and emerging AI tools
