Alternance - Chargé / Chargée de Marketing - BID Manager

Our Business Unit (BMI) is primarily focused on building and real estate activities.
We work on major projects such as High-Rise Buildings (IGH), Data Centers, hotels and palaces, etc.
We work with the largest clients and prestigious architectural firms.
Our missions are Technical Design Offices (BET), Assistance to Project Managers (AMO/MOD), audit and consulting, and project management.
Under the responsibility of the BU Director and Sector Managers, you will be tasked with:
- Creating and structuring attractive commercial materials (presentations, offer sheets, commercial proposals, organization charts) in line with our visual identity.
- Defining and setting up a centralized repository for our employees' CVs and project references by entity.
- Automating the production of these materials from dynamic templates (PowerPoint, Word, PDF, etc.).
- Quickly integrating personalized elements (CVs, project references, client logos) into the materials according to the needs of the operational teams.
- Collaborating with project teams to keep the content (CVs, references, etc.) up to date.
- Proposing no-code/low-code tools or solutions to facilitate the generation and sending of materials.
Note: All of these materials must be in French and English.
Location: Saint Ouen

Your strengths include:
- Student in Bac+3 to Bac+5 in marketing, communication, or business school.
- Proficiency in office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.).
- Interest in automation (Zapier, Make, Power Automate, etc.) or no-code tools.
- Previous experience in B2B marketing or content management is a plus.
- Interest in the construction field.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy.
- Good writing skills and a synthesis mindset.
- Creativity with a strong graphic sensitivity.
