To strengthen our team in Budapest, we are currently looking for:

MANAGER – GROWTH, PERFORMANCE, TRANSFORMATION

Responsibilities:

• Advise local and international clients on Growth, Performance, Innovation as key CEO agenda topics and find solutions for complex strategic and transformative issues with your team in different industries
• Be responsible for the implementation of projects from kick-off to the final result
• Always have the satisfaction of our customers and the well-being of your team in mind
• Build sustainable relationships with our customers
• Lead and develop project teams and support the implementation of research and analyses
• Be a mentor for junior colleagues
• Work on innovative consulting approaches such as digitalization, operating model redesign or ESG

Qualifications:

• Several years (preferably 5+ years) of professional experience in a strategy consultancy or in in-house consulting at a leading service company
• Experience in leading teams
• An excellent diploma or master's degree from a renowned university
• Fluency in Hungarian & English
• Enjoy driving projects independently from idea to implementation
• Think analytically and act pragmatically
• Like to explore new topics
• Creative and open to a wide range of project issues
