The GovEntry and GovWallet team is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to own a product or feature area and drive it from concept to launch. In this role, the Product Manager is required to work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape product strategy, prioritise what matters most, and deliver products that create real user and business value. About GovEntry and GovWallet

GovEntry is an event management platform designed for enabling events registration, attendance tracking, gamification, and gift/reward distribution. GovEntry seeks to reduce overheads when agencies organise events by providing a centralised events platform.

GovWallet is a digital wallet platform which aims to help in the distribution of government disbursements and allow citizens to spend their received government disbursements through existing payment channels (e.g. PayNow, NETS, etc.) conveniently. Other than distribution of government disbursements, GovWallet also helps with the facilitation and collection of payments for various government schemes

The Product Manager's responsibilities

• Own a product or feature area end-to-end (discovery → delivery → launch)
• Define product requirements, priorities, and roadmap with engineering and design
• Turn product vision into clear initiatives and actionable plans
• Use user research, customer feedback, market insights, and data to guide decisions
• Make data-informed prioritisation calls (including experiments / A-B testing)
• Identify and manage product risks across technical, operational, and market dimensions
• Drive execution and team alignment across goals, timelines, and ownership
• Partner with stakeholders across teams and manage competing priorities
• Support go-to-market planning and launch readiness
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing learnings and best practices
