Assist/Coordinate cross-functional reviewing and routing of in-cafe materials. Ensure timely turnaround times and consolidate feedback as needed. Follow-up with cross-functional teams to clarify specific feedback or answer questions.
College degree in Marketing, Graphic Arts or related field
3 years of related work experience (this is negotiable based on experience). Relevant experience would include print production experience, project management in a Marketing department, inventory management experience, marketing coordination for a restaurant, retail or other fast-paced environment.
Experience working with multiple print manufacturers and printing equipment a plus.
Ability and desire to work with minimal guidance. Strong initiative, enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
Must have excellent written and oral communications skills.
Must be able to manage multiple projects using well-developed prioritization skills and an ability to switch gears as needed.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Flexible and creative in dealing with change.
Very strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Windows Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience with print management or inventory management software systems a plus.
Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely, effective manner.
Excellent analytical skills; ability to collect and analyze data and present findings.
Intermediate Level
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
