Marketing Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Manager to lead and innovate our marketing initiatives. This role involves working closely with the firm's leadership to update and execute strategic communications plans, manage digital and hard-copy marketing materials, and engage with various stakeholders to drive the firm's marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an updated database of templates for projects, staff, and consultants for both hard-copy and digital marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the firm's leadership to update and execute the strategic communications plan, including exploring publication and speaking opportunities.
- Lead marketing efforts in strategic pursuits, such as client research, qualification packages, proposals, and client interviews.
- Monitor RFQ & RFP opportunities, assisting firm leadership with informed decision making.
- Coordinate monthly meetings with firm principals and internal marketing committee.
- Produce quarterly e-newsletters and manage award submittals, firm rankings, and surveys.
- Create and upload content for the firm's website and intranet.
- Coordinate professional project photography shoots and manage images.
- Assist with other related marketing tasks as required.
Essential Skills
- 3-6 years of marketing experience, particularly in the architecture industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, marketing communications, strategy, and campaign management.
- Experience with RFQ, RFP, and marketing management.
- Strong organizational and management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Word, and Excel.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong interest in architecture and a belief in environmental responsibility.
Work Environment
The work schedule is from 9am to 6pm with a 1-hour lunch break. Employees have the option to work from home on Mondays and have 8 additional work-from-home days per year. The environment is collaborative, working closely with three tenured partners.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $43.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
