Sales & Marketing Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Support Specialist who is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced B2B environment. This role requires expertise in trade show and event execution.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in trade show planning, managing key vendors, and coordinating all activities for tradeshow events.
• Provide support for campaigns including email, digital, trade shows, and promotions.
• Offer administrative support to the Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams.
• Assist in distributing advertising materials to the Sales team.
• Become proficient in internal software systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Marketing or Sales.
• Experience with trade shows is required.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating trade shows, exhibitions, or B2B events is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Familiarity with SAP, ERP systems.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position with a smart working model, requiring on-site presence 3 days a week and remote work 2 days a week. The role includes the ability for domestic travel. Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Itasca, IL.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $36.05/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
