Overall Purpose: Drive the successful design, development, and execution of launch strategies and programs for Fleet and Asset Business products and services within the AT&T portfolio. These solutions are tailored for a diverse range of clients—from small businesses to global enterprises—empowering them with industry-leading fleet management capabilities.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Marketing Ownership: Serve as the primary owner for championing the success through the creation and execution of comprehensive, end-to-end marketing strategies across multiple product portfolio.
- Strategic Product Planning: Lead multi-year product planning to inform lifecycle decisions, ensuring alignment with overall corporate and marketing goals while optimizing product performance, revenue, market share, and profitability.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze both internal metrics (financials, sales, revenue, costs) and external factors (technology trends, competitive landscape, market share) to refine product positioning, enhance features, and uncover new product opportunities.
- Content & Messaging: Develop and manage impactful customer-facing sales collateral, engaging website content, compelling product and solution messaging, promotional materials, and internal communications to drive product awareness and sales enablement.
- Campaign Leadership: Design and oversee direct customer marketing campaigns, leveraging innovative strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
- Event Strategy: Strategically plan, budget, and execute participation in conferences and industry events to enhance brand visibility and support business objectives.
- Product Performance Management: Continuously monitor and manage established products to achieve financial targets, ensuring ongoing market relevance and profitability.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing expert guidance and ensuring the seamless delivery of key marketing initiatives.
- Executive Reporting: Deliver insightful updates and presentations to senior leadership on product performance, strategic plans, and key initiatives.
- Mentorship: Act as a team leader, providing mentorship and support to less experienced professionals, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Recognized as a subject matter expert within the discipline, offering thought leadership and innovative solutions.

Our Lead Channel Marketing earns between $130,700 - $196,100 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
