We're looking for a product leader to join our in-home connectivity product organization. The person in this role will lead the end-to-end strategy, development, and lifecycle management of our products and services, ensuring strong alignment to customer needs and business priorities. This role owns the business case and P&L, driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and measurable customer value across consumer segments. The ideal candidate partners cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that enhance the customer experience and support sustained business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Lifecycle Ownership: Lead products from concept through development, launch, and end-of-life, ensuring strong execution, performance, and seamless transitions. Manage budgets, capital funding, and cross-functional delivery.
  • Requirements & Business Case Development: Translate customer and technical needs into product designs, business cases, and detailed requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria) to guide development and prioritization.
  • Market & Competitive Insight: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer segments, revenue opportunities, and product enhancements.
  • Roadmap & Performance Management: Develop and maintain product roadmaps, documentation, and performance reporting to drive revenue growth and margin expansion.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with technology, UX, marketing, pricing, legal, and external vendors to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions. Influence pricing strategies and negotiate with partners to optimize cost structure and capabilities.

Ideal Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of product management or related experience, preferably in technology, finance, or telecom
  • Proven ability to own product strategy, P&L, and business case development
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market sizing, financial modeling, and performance tracking
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Ability to translate complex customer and technical requirements into scalable solutions
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
  • Bachelor's degree desired

Success in 12 Months Looks Like

  • Successfully launches or enhances key products that drive measurable growth in revenue, ARPU, and customer acquisition
  • Establishes clear product roadmaps aligned to customer experience, market opportunities, and business priorities
  • Improves product performance through data-driven insights, optimization, and cost management
  • Builds strong cross-functional partnerships, accelerating time-to-market and execution quality
  • Demonstrates ownership of product P&L with clear impact on margin and overall business performance
  • Serves as a trusted leader and subject matter expert, influencing strategic decisions and mentoring peers.

Our lead product manager earns between $143,800-$215,800 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in Dallas, Texas. Weekly hours are 40 and time type is regular.
