Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: Database management, optimization and new software integration and deployment: Design, implement, and optimize robust database solutions using MSSQL Server and Postgres. Demonstrate expertise in database architecture, query optimization, and data modeling to ensure seamless data integration, scalability, and performance for applications. Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and design databases to support data-driven decision making. Build business applications with a focus on reporting and data visualization using React.js, Next.js, and other modern web frameworks. Design and implement intuitive dashboards, reports, and analytics tools that enable data-driven decision making and business insights. Deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of business stakeholders and drive organizational growth. Utilize expertise in data integration, charting libraries, and UI/UX design. Manage hosting solutions using ATT Public Cloud with optimized cost and performance. Integrate applications using Python/SQL scripts, Azure Synapse Fabric, Azure Function App, Azure Data Flows, Docker, Pipelines, Visual Studio Code, and DevOps pipelines. Oversee all 3rd party system integrations, identify and implement internal AI solutions, and ensure data integrity.

Design Software Proficiency: Utilize CAD software and other design tools to create detailed floor plans, 3D models, and renderings of store layouts, and manage design projects from concept to completion, adhering to timelines and budgets.

Job Contribution: An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.

Our Lead, Retail Store Design earns between $118,800 - $178,200 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
