Lead Retail Store Designer
This position requires office presence of a minimum of five days per week and is only located in the locations posted. No relocation is offered.

As a Lead Retail Store Designer your tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Creatively resolve complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge.
- Lead significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions.
- Mentor less experienced staff, implement long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Layout Design: Create innovative and functional store layouts that optimize space utilization and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Brand Alignment and Collaboration: Ensure all store designs are consistent with the brand's visual identity and guidelines and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and store management to ensure cohesive and practical store designs.
- Design Software Proficiency: Utilize CAD software and Vector works, as well as other design tools to create detailed floor plans, 3D models, and renderings of store layouts, and manage design projects from concept to completion, adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Site Visits and Vendor Coordination: Conduct site visits to assess space requirements and gather necessary measurements and data, and coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure the implementation of design plans according to specifications.
- Vendor Management: Define and manage vendor relationships end-to-end, including selection, onboarding, performance monitoring, inventory managing, issue resolution, and contract/SLA compliance. Ensure vendors meet delivery, quality, security, and cost expectations through regular reviews, risk management, and continuous improvement.
- Project Management: Lead key national design initiatives by defining scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables, while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget execution. Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and communications, providing clear status reporting and driving timely decisions.
- Trend Analysis and Compliance: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in retail design to continually enhance store layouts and customer experience, ensuring all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.

- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
Experience:
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Certification is required in some areas.
Our Lead Retail Store Designer earns between $106,100 - $178,200 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
