AT&T is looking for a Lead Tech Product Manager based in Mexico City. In this role, you will define and drive the technical product vision, roadmap, and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with market demands, and delivering customer-centric software solutions that meet business objectives.

What you will do:

• Technical Product Vision and Strategy: Develop technical product vision and strategy by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Roadmap Planning and Stakeholder Collaboration: Define and prioritize the product roadmap through collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business, architecture, UX, and other product managers.
• Product Development and Requirements Management: Guide product development by detailing software product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and support trade-off discussions and negotiations.
• Customer-Centric Product Management: Ensure product viability and alignment with business goals by monitoring performance, serving as the voice of the customer, and ensuring a high-quality user experience.
• Sprint Planning and Subject Matter Expertise: Participate in sprint planning, support feature refinement, and act as a subject matter expert within the organization for assigned products or product lines.
• Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

What you will need:

• Proven experience managing technical software products end-to-end from problem definition to rollout/change management (telecommunications software experience is a plus).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering impactful readouts to executive officers and senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects, drive accountability, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration, working effectively across diverse teams and departments.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify root causes, align stakeholders, and implement solutions.
• A track record of managing and improving customer and product experiences through proactive and innovative approaches.
• Experience managing complex or high-priority technical products and may have more influence on strategic decisions related to the product. Writes user stories and sets the product direction at the team level; OR writes features and sets the direction for a group of teams; OR writes epics and sets the direction for multiple groups of teams.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of product management or technical project/program management experience
• Fully bilingual: Must speak, read and write in Spanish and English
• This position is hybrid, and you may be expected to go into an office 1-2 times per week.
