Oversee comprehensive project management for the Flagship app program and may also handle sub-components of extensive programs. Direct cross-functional teams to ensure project or program deliverables are completed within designated timelines and budgets. Identify critical internal and external stakeholders essential for project completion and formulate an overarching strategy for executing high-value projects and programs. Define project/program scope and objectives, guide activities of a project/program team including delegating tasks to team members, identify resources, and establish master timeline for deliverables. Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to champion project across the entire organization. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conduct project/program meetings and is responsible for project/program tracking and analysis. Ensure adherences to quality standards and review project/program deliverables. Manage the integration of vendor tasks and track and review vendor deliverables. Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team. Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions of major problems. Communicate to client, vendors and leadership. Manage mobile app deployment lifecycles across iOS and Android platforms. Build bridges between the technical aspect and user-centric aspects of the mobile app experience to drive strategic frictionless experiences that maximize the technical capabilities of the AT&T Flagship Mobile App. Utilize Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, MS Project, JIRA, ADO and ALM. Utilize Microsoft Azure, ServiceNow, SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft SQL Server. Utilize RESTful APIs, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, and Java.
