Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design solutions, design and develop user interface features, site animations, and special effects elements, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and aesthetic principles. Conduct thorough user research to understand user needs and behaviors, develop and organize the structure and flow of information within the product, and determine optimal layout, media, and technology based on client requirements. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI designers, developers, and product managers, to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions, contribute to the design group's efforts to enhance digital offerings, and independently manage multiple projects. Ensure that designs comply with usability and accessibility standards, create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, and maintain security and documentation standards, including quality and accuracy. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to identify user needs and behaviors. Translate findings into actionable design insights. Define navigation structures, content hierarchy, and workflows. Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools.
