Marketing Lead, Planning and Analytics

Position Responsibilities
Integrated, Multi-Product Marketing Planning
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities across Business Unit marketing plans and recommend data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Guide integrated planning and budgeting processes to ensure consistency, clarity, and efficiency across the Marketing organization.
- Drive continuous improvement of integrated marketing planning capabilities, tools, and workflows.
Budget Management, Optimization & Performance Oversight
- Monitor marketing spend and performance against forecasts and develop holistic weekly reporting for Marketing and cross-functional leadership.
- Evaluate performance trends, business conditions, and forecast changes to recommend and implement budget adjustments.
- Assess and optimize marketing investment effectiveness to maximize return, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across Marketing, Finance, Product, and Business Unit teams.
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner by providing insights, guidance, and decision support throughout planning and execution.
- Facilitate cross-team alignment to ensure coordinated marketing efforts in support of shared revenue and growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in business management, ecommerce, economics, analytics, or financial planning for complex, multi-channel marketing programs, with an emphasis on strategic oversight, risk mitigation, and executive-level reporting in the telecommunications or technology industry.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with an ability to create structure and process, building something from nothing.
- Highly motivated and a strong self-starter
- Strong cross collaboration skills with experience partnering with various internal and external stakeholders
- Strong written communicator: everyone looks forward to your emails
- Superb efficiency and quality under tight deadlines – set and meet tight deliverables for multiple simultaneous projects while assuring accuracy and consistency in deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or advanced degree desired. 5+ years of related experience.
Our Marketing Lead, Planning and Analytics earns between $143,800 - $215,800 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
