Principal Tech Product Manager
This position requires office presence of a minimum of five days per week and is only located in Dallas, Texas, and Tulsa, Oklahoma. No relocation is offered.

As a Principal Tech Product Manager, you will define and drive the technical product vision, roadmap, and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with market demands, and delivering customer-centric software solutions that meet business objectives.
Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Technical Product Vision and Strategy: Develop product vision and strategy by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Roadmap Planning and Stakeholder Collaboration: Define and prioritize the product roadmap through collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business, architecture, UX, and other product managers.
- Product Development and Requirements Management: Guide product development by detailing software product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and support trade-off discussions and negotiations.
- Customer-Centric Product Management: Ensure product viability and alignment with business goals by monitoring performance, serving as the voice of the customer, and ensuring a high-quality user experience.
- Sprint Planning and Subject Matter Expertise: Participate in sprint planning, support feature refinement, and act as a subject matter expert within the organization for assigned products or product lines.
What you'll need:
- Master's degree (MS/MA) desired in Computer Science.
- 7+ years of related experience.
- Certification is required in some areas.

- Leads critical, high-impact projects and designs/implements innovative business strategies.
- Works with minimal oversight, frequently consulting senior leadership and influencing executive decisions. Serves as a mentor and assists others with challenging issues.
Our Principal Tech Product Manager earns between $141,300 - $237,400. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
