Senior Technical Product Manager

Develop product vision and strategy by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Define and prioritize the product roadmap through collaboration with cross-functional teams, business teams, UX designers, and development engineers to create a compelling product vision and roadmap that aligns with organizational objectives and market demands. Guide product development by detailing software product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and support trade-off discussions and negotiations. Engage directly with customers to identify their challenges, gather feedback, and uncover opportunities for innovation. Develop a deep understanding of user pain points to create solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and experiences. Translate business needs into Technical Requirements by acting as the bridge between business goals and technical implementation, ensuring product designs address both organizational objectives and customer demands. Translate strategic business objectives into clear, actionable technical requirements for development teams. Collaborate with Engineering teams to design, develop, and refine product features that are scalable, reusable, and customer-centric. Provide technical input throughout all phases of product development, including requirements analysis, design, effort estimation, development, testing, and delivery. Solve challenges through detailed analysis, propose innovative solutions, and optimize processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness. Participate in sprint planning, support feature refinement, and act as a subject matter expert within the organization for assigned products or product lines. Ensure product viability and alignment with business goals by monitoring performance, serving as the voice of the customer, and ensuring a high-quality user experience. Regularly assess and refine product strategies to ensure alignment with evolving customer needs and industry trends. Analyze success metrics by defining success criteria for products and track their performance through key metrics and data-driven insights. Continuously evaluate product success and identify areas for improvement to drive better results and customer satisfaction. Utilize JIRA, Visio, Splunk, Dynatrace, and Salesforce. Utilize SQL, Java, Python, HTML, and Snowflake. Utilize experience working within Agile, Scrum or Kanban development teams.

Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience in a related occupation utilizing JIRA, Visio, Splunk, Dynatrace, and Salesforce; utilizing SQL, Java, Python, HTML, and Snowflake; and utilizing experience working within Agile, Scrum or Kanban development teams.
