1st And 2nd Shift Product Assemblers

Assembler Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented assembler to join our growing team for our 1st and 2nd shifts! If you have experience working with mechanical components and enjoy putting things together, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities for Assembler

• Part Preparation: Organize and prepare parts and components for assembly, ensuring everything is ready and follows shop practices and blueprint specifications.
• Fitting & Assembly: Assemble mechanical parts like motors, pumps, heat exchangers, tanks, piping, valves, and gauges by accurately fitting, aligning, and coordinating all pieces according to the technical drawings.
• Tubing Layout & Bending: Follow blueprints to lay out, plot, and bend tubing, ensuring all dimensions and angles are precise.
• Tool Usage: Use a variety of hand tools and equipment such as drills, grinders, shears, saws, tube benders, and pipe threading tools to complete the assembly process.
• Final Alignment & Inspection: Ensure all parts are properly aligned, assembled, and meet quality standards before final inspection.

Ideal Candidate for Assembler

Experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing environments. Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings. Skilled in using a variety of hand tools and mechanical equipment.
