Oversee and drive our Sales & Remarketing activities in the Nordics, focusing on both topline and bottom-line growth - total units, revenue traded, and overall profitability
Manage all merchant-related processes, ensuring a direct impact on our financial performance and merchant satisfaction
Inspire and empower the local Sales department to exceed targets and perform at their highest level
Build and maintain robust relationships with leading automotive companies and other key stakeholders. Negotiate and finalize significant commercial partnerships at local level
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Tech & Product, and Finance to develop and implement innovative, customer-centric solutions for our merchants
Serve as the advocate for our professional sellers, ensuring a comprehensive and superior experience across all our products and services.
Drive process optimization and efficiency by monitoring and controlling key performance indicators (KPIs)
Partner with our local Management team to achieve our strategic mission, reporting directly to our VP Nordics
A university degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a similar field is desirable
Extensive experience in Sales or Commercia in the automotive, e-commerce, technology, or start-up industries
Proven track record in leading high-performing sales teams in a regional or multi-country context
Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset – comfortable working in fast-paced, international evolving environments
Superior verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English; proficiency in Danish and/or Finnish is an advantage
