Senior Product Manager, Finance (F/M/X)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to build products with highly complex business logic with a direct impact on company profits and operational excellence. As a Senior Product Manager in the finance domain, you will partner with our finance, operations, accounting, ERP, and tax teams to build an efficient and stable financial infrastructure. Job Description

• Lead projects related to our finance ecosystem, validating the developments, rolling out the features, following-up the results, identifying the learnings and the next steps autonomously
• Manage your financial product's ERP integration aspects, invoicing, inbound and outbound payment flows, smart process automation, and customer facing extensions of your products on multiple platforms and countries
• Lead full product development lifecycle from ideation, requirement gathering, design, feature prioritization, sprint management to adoption with internal software engineering resources
• Work with remote cross-functional teams of product managers, software engineers, designers, QA engineers and marketers to launch impactful improvements and new solutions
• Collaborate with diverse set of stakeholders including CFO, SVPs, VPs, operations, finance managers, local country responsibles to co-create products that will contribute to growth
• Own all product management artifacts including product roadmap, product backlog, product requirements, product specifications, OKRs, product metrics, release & rollout plan, competitive analysis, and customer journeys

Qualifications

• Extensive financial services experience with expertise in developing scalable financial solutions and preferably leading at least one major ERP lifecycle project.
• Familiarity with B2B financial lending products lifecycle, incoming and outgoing payment flows, dynamic currency conversion, and tax treatment concepts.
• Strong product management skills with a proven ability to lead iterative development teams, solve problems creatively, and manage team dynamics effectively.
• Exceptional stakeholder management with the ability to align diverse parties toward a common goal.
• Data-informed approach with experience in using metrics to validate hypotheses, design experiments, and interpret results. Proficient in SQL or similar querying languages.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
