Field & Partner Marketing Coordinator

The Field & Partner Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the planning and flawless execution of field and partner marketing programs across Northern Latin America (Mexico and NOLA regions) and select NAMER events. This hybrid role focuses on operational, event, and campaign execution tasks, ensuring smooth program delivery and performance in partnership with Field Marketing Managers, Sales, and the extended Marketing team.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-regional environment. They bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across geographies. This role requires a proactive approach.

Location: Mexico City, Mexico

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

  • Mexico Local Event Execution: Owning end-to-end execution of all field marketing events in Mexico, including venue coordination, logistics, registration, and on-site support.
  • Ensuring flawless execution of the Mexico marketing plan, coordinating with vendors, partners, and internal teams under the strategic direction of the North Latam Field Marketing Manager.
  • Webinar Ownership: Fully owning and managing the execution of Latam webinars: scheduling, speaker coordination, platform setup, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
  • Event Support (Mexico & Select NAMER Events): Attending all pre- and post-event calls to remain up to date on progress.
  • Leading tracking of deliverables for events across supported regions.
  • Supporting landing page creation in Bizzabo and registration updates.
  • Securing and coordinating speaker logistics (bios, headshots, session abstracts, AV needs).
  • Managing venue research, booking, catering coordination, and signage support.
  • Supporting pre-event planning (registration setup, shipping logistics, vendor communication).
  • Helping create summary documents or post-event recaps.
  • Collaborating on pre-registration list creation and onsite badge/guest list organization.
  • Leading the coordination and ordering of SWAG for events.
  • Campaign and Content Coordination (Mexico, NOLA, Select NAMER Events): Submitting Wrike requests for creative assets (email banners, signage, social media graphics, etc.).
  • Coordinating with the marketing operations team to reserve email calendar slots for event promotions.
  • Creating SalesLoft cadences to help sales promote event registration and nurture opportunities.
  • Working with the corporate team to update the company website with major event listings.
  • Assisting in publishing social media posts (e.g., LinkedIn) to drive event awareness.
  • List Management & Reporting Support: Pre-event & post-event, working with BizOps for account mapping based on segmentation strategy. Coordinate with MarOps for SFDC campaign code creation.
  • Consolidating leads and submitting into MarOps template for SFDC loading, ensuring appropriate lead notes. Support tracking of campaign results and performance dashboards.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with Field Marketing Managers, MarOps, other Marketing Teams, and Sales to support campaign readiness and lead follow-up.
  • Collaborating with the Partner Marketing team to incorporate key partners into field activations.
  • Maintaining detailed marketing calendars and helping coordinate internal team trackers and deliverables.

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in event management or marketing.
  • Experience working with event management agencies and vendors.
  • Familiarity with B2B event coordination (logistics, registration, vendor coordination, pre/post-event tasks).

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfort with budget tracking, PO/invoice processing, and basic finance admin is a plus.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support a fast-moving team.
  • Ability to learn and use tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Bizzabo, SalesLoft, Wrike, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; prior experience is a plus.
