As we continue to grow rapidly across Europe, we're expanding our Tech & Product organization to support new opportunities, improve scalability, and strengthen our digital ecosystem. That's why we're now looking for talented new colleagues to join our journey — and we are looking for a Product Manager based at our headquarters in Vejle or smaller office in Copenhagen.

About the Role

As our new Product Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping digital products that empower our customers and teams across Europe. You'll be working closely with a cross-functional squad to define priorities, uncover opportunities, and deliver solutions that create real impact. You'll be part of our Tech and Product team, where you will have a dual focus: driving the development of great digital products and ensuring that the operational processes behind these products are optimized for efficiency and scalability. You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy connecting user needs, business goals, and team collaboration — keeping everyone aligned and moving toward a shared vision. While delivery will be a key focus, your insights will help shape product strategy and ensure we build solutions that create lasting value across our ecosystem.

Let's Dive Into Your Key Responsibilities!

• Lead cross-functional teams to define, build, and deliver impactful product initiatives.
• Ensure strong collaboration and alignment across teams to maintain clarity, focus, and momentum.
• Work closely with Design and Engineering to define, prioritize, and ship solutions that enhance core user experiences.
• Use data, research, and stakeholder input to identify opportunities and guide product decisions.
• Own execution from discovery to delivery — tracking outcomes and continuously iterating based on feedback and performance.
• Contribute to product planning and help shape the roadmap in alignment with company strategy and objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, and Leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions.

The Need-To-Have Skills

• Experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a transactional, marketplace, or SaaS environment.
• Strong product intuition — you can identify user needs and work collaboratively to define smart, scalable solutions.
• Collaborative mindset — you thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy enabling your team to do great work.
• Understanding of product discovery, agile delivery, and iterative development practices.
• Excellent communication skills — you can clarify complexity and bring others along the journey.

The Nice-To-Have Skills

• Experience in automotive, B2B software, or cross-border trading is a plus but not required.
