Senior Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

As Senior Marketing Manager in our B2B marketing team, you will take responsibility for demand and lifecycle marketing initiatives and drive dealer acquisition, activation, and retention throughout the entire funnel. You will manage and optimize CRM-based channels such as email, WhatsApp, and webinars and continuously test and optimize channels, formats, and digital sales approaches to improve performance. In close collaboration with product marketing, sales, and MarTech, you will play a central role in building a scalable and data-driven lifecycle marketing engine.

Your tasks:

  • Demand & Lifecycle Management: You will be responsible for the planning and implementation of lifecycle marketing initiatives throughout the entire funnel – from acquisition to retention – using CRM channels such as email, WhatsApp, and webinars. You will manage segmentation, targeting, and funnel optimization to maximize engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
  • Experimentation & Optimization: You will design and conduct A/B tests across various channels, messages, and user journeys. You will continuously test and optimize channels, formats, and digital sales approaches to improve performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Email Marketing & Automation: You will plan, create, and implement newsletters and campaign emails. Together with the MarTech team, you will build, manage, and continuously optimize automated customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Webinar Strategy & Execution: You will plan and execute dealer webinars as an important lever for demand generation and customer retention – including topic planning, speaker coordination, and operational implementation (e.g., Zoom setup, presentation management). You will also develop appropriate invitation and nurturing routes.
  • Dealer Communication (WhatsApp): You will be responsible for dealer communication via the WhatsApp Business Manager, including campaign planning, implementation, and integration into overall lifecycle strategies.
  • Surveys & Dealer Initiatives: You will lead and coordinate dealer-focused initiatives such as surveys and the annual dealer rating program – from alignment with stakeholders to communication and operational implementation (e.g., organization of awards).
  • Funnel Management & Segmentation: You will define and manage target audience segmentations and lifecycle logics in CRM systems to ensure relevant, timely, and personalized communication.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: You will monitor and analyze performance across all lifecycle channels (email, WhatsApp, webinars, campaigns), track key funnel KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, engagement), and derive concrete action recommendations. You will also create reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Your profile:

  • Experience: You have several years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on demand generation, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or growth.
  • Technical Skills: You have practical experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud) as well as email marketing and webinar tools (e.g., Zoom). Experience with messaging channels like WhatsApp is a plus.
  • Experimental Mindset: You have experience with A/B testing and approach the optimization of campaigns in a structured and data-driven manner.
  • Lifecycle Thinking: You have a solid understanding of funnel management, segmentation, and customer lifecycle strategies in the B2B context.
  • Analytical Skills: You work data-driven and have experience with KPI tracking, funnel analysis, and performance optimization (e.g., with Excel or Google Analytics).
  • Collaboration: You have experience in cross-functional collaboration with product marketing, sales, and MarTech teams.
  • Languages: You speak fluent German and English.
