We are looking for a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented Growth Hacker to accelerate our company's growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable experimenting with new ideas, and is obsessed with scaling customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work across marketing, product, and sales to identify opportunities, test innovative strategies, and optimize for measurable results.

Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue.

Identify, test, and scale new customer acquisition channels across paid, organic, referral, and partnership strategies.

Analyze data and customer insights to uncover growth opportunities and optimize conversion funnels.

Conduct rapid A/B testing and experiments across digital campaigns, product features, and landing pages.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design growth-focused product features.

Own key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, conversion rates) and report results regularly.

Stay on top of growth marketing trends, tools, and tactics, proactively integrating them into strategy.

Build automation processes to streamline growth experiments and reporting.
