Job Description

Analyze the competitive landscape and assist in core materials business opportunities. Support the development of analytical tools and data sheets that clearly articulate our value proposition for core materials in various fields of play. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure that core materials are up to market needs. Track the progress and status of key sustainability projects related to apparel products. Maintain the integrity of sustainability data used for internal and external reporting. Assist in preparing sustainability reports for internal and external commitments. Monitor and summarize updates on critical labeling regulations impacting apparel materials, and its implications for material data collection and labeling and develop training materials for internal and external stakeholders regarding the sustainability features and compliance of our materials portfolio. Develop and perform training and insights documentation for internal and external stakeholder. Actively participate in researching emerging material for emerging technologies and potential disruptors relevant to core materials and sustainability, as well as seeking for innovative products to fulfill current portfolio gaps. Ensure that all product initiatives align with the overarching corporate strategy, particularly in Sustainability and material Compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Supply Chain, Business Management or Engineering. Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing and/or sales experience. Proven ability to present and manage projects on an international level. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data. Extensive experience in stakeholder engagement and communication. Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate in a global matrix organization. Experience in working with Google Sheets is a strong plus. Flexibility to travel internationally (approx. 20%) Business fluency in English. Any other language is a strong plus.
