Senior Brand Design Specialist

In this role, you will shape how European label printers, brands and designers encounter and interact with the Avery Dennison brand—from major product launches and literature to tradeshows and presentation decks. You will lead an integrated creative approach across both physical and digital touchpoints, ensuring that a brand story remains consistent whether it is told through a social media post, a technical email, or a large-scale event environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the visual execution of integrated product launches and campaigns, ensuring a seamless creative narrative across all channels.
  • Source and/or art direct compelling imagery—stock, AI-generated, bespoke 3D, or photography—that adheres to existing imagery systems.
  • Develop high-impact product literature, presentation decks, swatchbooks and sales tools that translate complex product benefits into compelling visual stories.
  • Create dynamic packaging prototypes for launches and events that aid product awareness and selection.
  • Create bespoke and modular branded environments—tradeshows and industry events—ensuring our brand narrative is clear and cuts through environmental 'noise.'
  • Act as a brand guardian, with shared responsibility for developing and maintaining robust design systems, guidelines, and libraries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in brand design or a creative agency environment.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify creative concepts to stakeholders.
