Regional Integrated Marketing Director

You will be responsible for driving strategic marketing programs that accelerate demand generation, new logo acquisition, cross-sell into existing customers, and overall revenue growth across EMEA. This role leads the regional integrated marketing team, including industry campaign managers, performance marketing, operations, and ABM (dotted line)—to design and execute data-driven, industry-focused campaigns that deliver measurable business impact. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision, analytical rigor, and operational excellence to translate global marketing priorities into regionally relevant growth strategies that build pipeline and improve conversion through every stage of the funnel.

Success in this role will be defined by measurable growth in qualified pipeline and marketing-sourced revenue, improvement in conversion rates from lead to revenue, ROI of marketing investments, and regional market share, and strength and engagement of a high-performing regional growth marketing team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Integrated Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute the regional integrated marketing strategy aligned with overall business and revenue goals. Partner with the Regional VP of Marketing and global marketing teams to localize campaigns, messaging, and go-to-market motions. Identify new market opportunities, channels, and tactics to expand reach and improve ROI.
  • Demand Generation and Funnel Optimization: Lead integrated, multi-channel demand generation programs across digital, events, content, and partner to drive high quality pipeline and new logo acquisition. Oversee conversion optimization, lead nurturing, ABM programs, and performance marketing initiatives to improve lead-to-pipeline and pipeline-to-revenue conversion rates. Run ABM programs to cross-sell into existing customers. Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure seamless lead handoff, alignment on targets, and closed-loop reporting.
  • Analytics, Insights and Performance Management: Use data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, channel mix, and budget allocation. Define and track key growth KPIs including lead quality, conversion, pipeline velocity, and marketing sourced revenue. Ensure rigorous A/B testing, attribution modeling, and ROI analysis across all growth initiatives. Provide regular reporting and insight to regional and global marketing leadership.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional growth marketing team, fostering collaboration and accountability. Build a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement through agile testing and performance measurement. Drive operational excellence by establishing and standardizing scalable processes, reporting, and best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Portfolio and Industry Marketing, Brand, Customer Engagement, and Sales Enablement teams to ensure consistent messaging and unified customer experience. Collaborate with global Marketing Operations and Strategy and Analytics to align on tools, data, and reporting frameworks. Engage with Portfolio and Industry Marketing teams to ensure regional campaigns reflect market priorities and industrial sector needs.

Essential requirements include:

  • Strong Marketing B2B experience and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing roles, including leadership positions.
  • Proven track record developing and scaling multi-channel growth strategies within complex, matrixed, or global organizations—preferably in industrial technology, software, or B2B enterprise sectors.
  • Experience driving measurable pipeline growth, improving funnel conversion, and optimizing marketing investment for ROI.

Desired skills include:

  • Deep expertise in demand generation, ABM, paid media, marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, Google Analytics).
  • Strong understanding of B2B buying cycles and complex enterprise sales processes.
  • High data literacy and business acumen with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategy and decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Authentic and inspiring people leader with a strong track record of developing both emerging and experienced marketing talent.
  • Highly data-driven with strong analytical capabilities and a focus on improving marketing performance and ROI.
  • Strategic thinker with operational discipline and a test-and-learn mindset.
