Marketing Lead

Our client is a Munich-based subsidiary of a global leader with more than 30 years of experience serving Fortune 100 companies in industrial automation, digitalization, and AI. Their reputation is built on reliability, innovation, and deep expertise across engineering, manufacturing, and technology sectors. As a financially stable group with a track record of delivering complex solutions worldwide, they are providing a strong foundation for innovation.

They have a flagship AI platform, purpose-built for the German Mittelstand. It empowers enterprises to transform productivity and knowledge management using state-of-the-art GenAI. With features for secure document management, internal knowledge search, and intelligent automation, they are ready for SaaS and dedicated cloud deployment, with hybrid and on-premise options on our roadmap.

They are serving Germany's industrial core—machine and equipment builders, engineering firms, and mid-sized innovators, helping them unlock the value of their data and people through advanced AI-driven solutions. Their current client base is centered on the Mittelstand: established, technically advanced, but often conservative companies eager to leverage AI for practical, immediate impact.

This Marketing Lead position is a key strategic hire for our client as they are expanding direct presence and accelerate market entry in Germany. Unlike pure startups, they offer the financial stability and resources of major group, but operate in Munich with the speed, energy, and ownership of a fast-moving tech company.

Marketing & Growth Skills

• Solid foundation in digital and performance marketing — able to plan, execute, and evaluate campaigns independently.

• Experience with growth loops and conversion-oriented user journeys for SaaS or subscription models.

• Understanding of content funnels, lead nurturing, and automation workflows (email, retargeting, etc.).

• Skilled in interpreting campaign data, user behavior, and ROI metrics.

• Can balance creative content and analytical reporting with equal confidence.

Tools & Platforms (preferred)

• Familiar with standard marketing automation, analytics, and content tools (CRM, ad platforms, analytics dashboards).

• Experience managing web content, landing pages, and basic A/B testing.

• Comfortable using modern AI-assisted tools for copywriting, design, and campaign management.

• Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM principles, tagging, and tracking.

Creative Production

• Capable of developing visual and written content independently.

• Understands how to maintain brand consistency across campaigns.

• Bonus: experience in producing short-form videos, webinar materials, or case-study content.

Data & Insight Handling

• Comfortable interpreting campaign data and presenting insights clearly.

• Uses feedback, analytics, and experimentation to guide marketing strategy.

• Familiarity with dashboards or lightweight BI tools a plus.
