The Marketing Senior Manager will lead and elevate the marketing function for the DACH region, driving strategic brand positioning and strengthening the company's presence across clinics, healthcare professionals, and patient communities. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role leads a team of 3–5 marketing professionals and acts as a key partner to sales and clinical teams.
This is not an events-and-flyers role.
We are looking for a strategic marketing leader who will reposition marketing as a true business driver. You will shape brand positioning, strengthen trust in the market, guide experienced sales teams, and build a modern, data-driven marketing function in a highly regulated medtech environment.
You will play a key role in rebuilding brand trust following industry challenges in the past and in defining how our client is perceived across clinics, KOLs, patients and communities.
