Paid Social Media Manager

You love data-driven marketing, scalable campaigns, and strong creatives? You think in ROAS, test hypotheses rather than gut feelings, and want to generate real business impact with paid social? Then you are in the right place at AXA. As a Paid Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for our social ads across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn – from strategy to performance optimization. You will work closely with SEA, SEO, Media, Brand, and external partners to drive sustainable growth actively.

What you can expect:

  • You plan, manage, and optimize our Paid Social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other Social Media Platforms operationally and strategically.
  • You analyze the daily performance of Paid Social campaigns and optimize data-driven along central KPIs like ROAS, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate.
  • You build scalable campaign structures, maintain them continuously, and conduct A/B tests to maximize reach and efficiency.
  • You are responsible for Creative Management, including Briefing, Testing, and Optimization of Creatives in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies, and derive Creative Insights from Performance Data.
  • You develop cross-channel Social Media Strategies for qualified traffic, new customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • You manage Paid-Social Budgets, control Spendings, and ensure the achievement of our ROI and Performance Goals.
  • You create Performance Dashboards, analyze Paid-Social and Marketing Data, and derive clear Action Recommendations.
  • You work closely with SEA, SEO, and Media and keep an eye on Market, Platform, and Competitive Trends.

What you bring with you:

  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in Performance Marketing, particularly in Paid Social Marketing.

  • You have a very secure handling of the common Ad Managers of the Social Media Platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).

  • You have experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), particularly Events and Attribution, as well as with Power BI or comparable BI Tools.

  • You create Performance Dashboards independently, interpret KPIs confidently, and present data-based insights comprehensibly.

  • You work structured, quality-oriented, and hands-on, are team-oriented, and communication-strong.

  • You have experience working with interdisciplinary teams such as E-Commerce, CRM, Brand, as well as with agencies.

  • Knowledge in the Insurance or Financial Environment is a plus, but not required.
