We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager, NPI Systems & Process Integration to play a critical leadership role in enabling speed, scale, and predictability for New Product Introduction (NPI) across the Biosciences Reagents & Assays Segment.
This role serves as a key interface between the Segment, Enterprise IT, and the Transformation Office (Innovation Excellence), ensuring that business processes, system capabilities, and enterprise standards are tightly aligned to support high‑volume, globally scalable NPI execution.
Operating in a highly cross-functional environment, this leader translates business needs into system and process requirements, drives disciplined integration execution, and ensures adoption of best practices that enable efficient product lifecycle management across Research and Clinical Reagents.
Segment Integration Leadership & Governance
Serve as the primary Segment representative to Enterprise IT and the Transformation Office, aligning Segment priorities with enterprise systems strategies and Innovation Excellence standards.
Establish and maintain Segment‑level requirements, KPIs, and service expectations related to NPI execution, master data quality, and lifecycle management.
Ensure consistent application of enterprise process frameworks while appropriately addressing Segment‑specific needs.
Systems & Process Enablement for NPI Speed and Scale
Lead development of business and user requirements that enable efficient, scalable end‑to‑end NPI processes across Research and Clinical Reagents.
Partner with IT, Transformation Office, Quality, R&D, Regulatory, and Operations to ensure systems and processes support:
Increased launch velocity
Predictable execution at scale
Data integrity across the product lifecycle
Drive clarity on process ownership, system interactions, and data flows across complex, multi‑system environments.
Enterprise Alignment & Continuous Improvement
Work closely with the Transformation Office to deploy and embed Innovation Excellence principles into Segment NPI processes.
Support harmonization of practices and tools to enable consistency, scalability, and enterprise leverage.
Identify opportunities where system or process enhancements can further accelerate execution or reduce complexity.
Testing, Adoption & Business Readiness
Plan and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet defined requirements and are ready for operational use.
Coordinate issue resolution, risk assessment, and go‑forward recommendations.
Support change management by ensuring new or updated processes, systems, and roles are clearly defined and adopted.
General Project Leadership
Lead through influence in a complex, cross-functional organization with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and trade‑offs impacting NPI execution and scalability.
Communicate clearly and concisely with senior leaders to drive alignment and decision‑making.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred
8+ years of experience in program leadership, systems integration, or business process enablement within life sciences, diagnostics, medical devices, or similarly regulated industries required
Demonstrated success partnering with Enterprise IT and process excellence or transformation teams required
Experience supporting enterprise business systems (e.g., PLM, ERP, master data platforms) in product development or lifecycle management contexts required
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of New Product Introduction in regulated, high‑complexity environments.
Ability to translate business objectives into structured system and process requirements.
Hands‑on experience supporting UAT, system rollout, and business readiness.
Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
Comfort operating in ambiguity while driving disciplined execution.
Preferred Experience
Experience in reagents, assays, diagnostics, or clinical product development.
Familiarity with Innovation Excellence, Lean, or process maturity frameworks.
Exposure to Design Control and Quality System considerations within NPI.
Experience working across global or distributed organizations.
