The Executive Assistant to the CMO serves as a force multiplier within a global marketing organization of 160 colleagues. This is not a traditional administrative role. It is a strategic executive partnership role designed to ensure the CMO's time, attention, preparation, and energy are aligned to the highest impact priorities for the business.
This role reports directly to the Chief of Staff to the CMO and works in close partnership with her. Together, they operate as a coordinated executive team. The Chief of Staff focuses on strategic alignment, cross functional initiatives, and executive priorities. The Executive Assistant focuses on ensuring adherence to operational cadences, preparation, precision, and executive readiness.
This position is designed for a career Executive Assistant who is committed to the executive support profession. It is not a pathway role into marketing. Success in this role requires mastery of executive leverage, anticipation, and operational excellence.
