Role Overview

Working hybrid, 3 days in office Tues to Thurs from our London Old Street office.

This role is about balancing growth with control as we scale, while enabling the rest of the business to move faster.

As VP of Product BizOps, you'll own the core platform across payments, fraud, compliance and KYC. You'll define what we build, how we operate, and how we scale efficiently in a regulated environment.

You'll be responsible for setting direction across some of the most critical parts of the business. These are areas that directly impact revenue flow, player trust and overall performance.

This is a high autonomy role where there is not always a clear answer. You'll be expected to make decisions in complex environments, bring clarity where it is needed, and ensure we are building systems that support both speed and control.

You'll work closely with Engineering, Data, Compliance and Commercial teams to make sure the platform enables growth rather than slowing it down, while setting a clear standard for product thinking across BizOps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own product strategy across Product in BizOps, defining clear priorities aligned to business outcomes
• Build scalable, reliable internal systems
• Balance speed with regulatory and operational constraints
• Drive measurable impact across conversion, risk management, operational efficiency and revenue and bring clarity and structure into complex areas
• Enable other teams to move faster through strong platform foundations

Requirements:

• Proven product builder, with a track record of defining and shaping products—not just delivering them
• Strong product intuition and clear point of view on what makes products effective Background in iGaming, FinTech, payments or similar
• Experience across compliance, fraud, KYC or transactional systems
• Strong at making decisions in complex environments
• High autonomy, able to define direction
• Experience with Jira and Figma or similar platforms

• CRM / lifecycle / MarTech exposure
