Also, should devise clear marketing/access strategy to reinforce penetration of the brand, via distinct positioning, superior customer understanding, flawless sales force execution, and an effective access/commercial strategy and deliver growth, as well margins target, as defined by budget process.
Lead BioMarin's business in LSD, including transversal local Brand Team (Medical, Access, PAGs, Comp Ops, Regulatory); Understand regulatory and health system, including registration and reimbursement to define business strategies; Lead Marketing, combining best in class marketing capabilities with an increasing understanding of physician, patient and payers; Create comprehensive strategies to foster a relationship with key medical classes, including non-traditional specialties for LSD; Lead effective marketing activities and investments to drive high impact, high return activities with established benchmarks e.g. medical events annually, including major local and global congresses, and internal round table initiatives, establish efficient follow up plans; Marketing budget negotiation, management, and adherence; Identify and prioritize resources needs in line with the defined business strategy and plans; Manage the long-term planning process, developing a clear and achievable 5 years strategic plan. Develop a compelling vision, establishing clear brand priorities; Manage the development and implementation of brand plans; Ensure coordination with sales force team to achieve excellence in execution; Establish clear governance across brand team; Optimize cross-functional support needs in the team, ensuring effective communication between direct reports, especially sales and marketing management and with the Commercial, Access, Regulatory and Medical teams; Manage professional networks at all levels of the global and regional organization; Establish appropriate marketing systems and procedures to ensure efficient operations and appropriate control, based on quality performance and commitment to deliver on-time; Oversee local marketing & sales investment, according to priorities, ensuring cost-efficiency at all times; Champion compliance, reinforcing internal policies and expected behaviours are in line with corporate polices and ethical standards; Execute and supervise the organization of local marketing events, building and maintaining relations with key opinion-leaders at the country level, as well as key partners. Work with external creative agencies to define and develop materials ready for field use. After Regional MKT Approval; Support the corporate review process for promotional materials (PRB). Lead and execute local campaigns as MPS Day, PR activities and other that involves stakeholders. Getting Regional MKT alignment; Support marketing local activities and materials to the Patient Program in order to increase finding and adherence.
