The marketing intern will be responsible for supporting the execution of the marketing plan for both business units, focusing especially on the development, implementation, and coordination of events for the commercial area, ensuring compliance with internal processes.
• Organize event requests from commercial team, including budget preparation, monitoring internal approval processes, and document collection.
• Support the area with administrative processes such as generating purchase orders, contracts, and invoicing.
• Monitor the approval of unbranded materials and presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing agencies to develop materials for the sales force.
• Support the optimization of internal processes within the department.
• Support the development of internal communications campaigns
Preferred careers: Social communicator, with emphasis on marketing, Business administrator, Industrial engineer MS-Office: Excel and Power Point English (intermediate)
No experience needed.
