We are looking for a Performance Manager to own the execution, efficiency, and strategy of all performance paid media for our Ecommerce team. This is a hands-on technical role, you will directly operate campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Search & Shopping, Display/PMAX, and Email & SMS Marketing, not supervise an agency.
You will be responsible for driving ROAS, CAC efficiency, and revenue growth, while building the internal playbook and standards for performance marketing across the company.
Own the performance and efficiency of all paid media investment across channels
Drive ROAS, CAC, and revenue attributed to paid media
Build a unified cross-channel performance strategy (Meta, Google, TikTok, CRM)
Eliminate dependency on contractors by building internal technical ownership
Establish playbooks, measurement frameworks, and execution standards
Own and optimize performance paid media across Meta, TikTok, Google, Display/PMAX, and Email/SMS
Drive ROAS, CAC efficiency, and attributed revenue across channels
Build and execute full-funnel paid media strategies for product launches
Align paid media efforts with commercial goals, inventory, and channel priorities
Lead retention, win-back, and repurchase initiatives through paid and CRM channels
Guide the creation of performance-focused creative assets
Deliver weekly performance insights and maintain the team's performance playbook and standards
