We are looking for a detail-oriented and imaginative Sr Graphic Designer to join our growing team and help bring our brand's vision to life across every touchpoint. This role goes beyond execution—it's about translating strategy into powerful, visually consistent creative that resonates with our audiences and strengthens our presence in the market.
The ideal candidate thrives on transforming concepts into compelling visual assets, with an eye for precision, a passion for storytelling through design, and the agility to adapt across platforms—from digital campaigns and product packaging to B2B communications and internal brand materials. With a solid foundation in brand systems, regulatory awareness, and the ability to manage complex creative outputs, this designer will be instrumental in upholding and evolving the Birdman brand.

Responsibilities:
- Generate labels, ensuring proper implementation of regulatory requirements, visual spacing, and adherence to the brand identity guidelines.
- Conceptualize new product lines.
- Create enriched content for product detail pages.
- Mentor and provide follow-up to junior designers.
- Develop visual campaigns based on concepts or briefs.
- Adapt key visuals for different brand touchpoints.
- Create renders.
- Develop new design materials (medium complexity) based on Birdman's graphic system for B2B, PR, POS, and internal needs.
- Produce advertising materials for different online sales channels based on key visuals and brand guidelines.
- Review and apply updates to communication materials.
- Create support materials for internal and external launches.
- Actively research new trends within and outside the sector to apply them to design materials.
- Ensure delivery times for each material are met.
- Streamline the creation of content packages for our various online sales platforms and small partners.
- Create materials for digital advertising campaigns based on key visuals.
- Follow up and continuously improve our internal communication channels.
