Manager, Product Management
The Financials and Grantmaking Pillar is on an exciting growth trajectory, and we're seeking a bold, innovative Manager, Product Management to lead a team of passionate product managers. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in nonprofit grantmaking, a strong understanding of AI technologies, and a "break glass" mindset—ready to experiment, learn fast, and iterate quickly.
You'll be responsible for delivering key customer and business value, owning a capability backlog, and driving results through strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and people leadership. You'll coach and mentor your team to raise the bar in product delivery while staying hands-on with product strategy and execution.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and Inspire: Manage a team of product managers through coaching, mentoring, and goal setting. Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Drive Product Strategy: Own and evolve the product roadmap for key capabilities in the Financials and Grantmaking space, with a focus on nonprofit sector needs and AI-driven innovation.
- Customer-Centric Execution: Partner with engineering, UX, and stakeholders to define user requirements, solve meaningful problems, and deliver impactful solutions.
- Measure What Matters: Define success metrics, track adoption and usage, and use data to inform decisions and iterate quickly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure strong alignment with Engineering, UX, PMO, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver cohesive, high-impact solutions.
- Market Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, especially in AI and nonprofit grantmaking, to position our products as market leaders.
- Go-to-Market Leadership: Define and manage go-to-market strategies for new capabilities and product launches.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers through events, feedback loops, and strategic conversations.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, including people leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field; advanced degree a plus.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex products in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with nonprofit financials and grantmaking platforms strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of applying AI or data-driven approaches in product development.

The starting base pay is $117,200.00 to $157,500.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, company finances, and other operational considerations.
