We are searching for a Director, Performance Marketing Analytics to lead our Performance Marketing Analytics team in developing a high signal, scalable data driven machine for the Global Marketing organization. This role will drive change in spend management and is highly visible, hands-on and in partnership with the Sales, Marketing teams and Product and Technology teams.
You will drive the optimization of marketing investments crossing multiple regions and channels to generate revenue growth. In this role, you will oversee multiple channels and will be responsible for tracking expenses, measuring results, and providing performance reporting, insights and data-driven recommendations. This position will report to the VP of Finance and will have direct reports.

Salary Range for all U.S. Residents (excluding Alaska, California, North Dakota, South Dakota): $144,770.00 to $195,450.00
Salary Range for California Residents Only: $180,730.00 to $244,000.00
