We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Core Services – Onboarding pillar. This role is central to building a unified, scalable architecture for content and partner onboarding—one that reduces complexity, accelerates time-to-launch, and supports the next generation of BHN's growth.

You'll own end-to-end onboarding across content and distribution:

• Bringing new content partners, and aggregators onto BHN.
• Enabling distribution partners to seamlessly buy and sell BHN content.
• Ensuring onboarding processes remain simple, fast, and consistent—across geographies, and product lines.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap for BHN's unified onboarding and governance platform, with a focus on scalability, repeatability, and reducing onboarding time to launch.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding for both content and distribution (new channels and platforms).
• Write features and user stories, process flows, change impact analysis, manage backlog, and partner with engineering, TPMs, and design to deliver impactful products on time.
• Collaborate with operations, legal, and client teams to ensure onboarding aligns with compliance, governance, and business needs.
• Drive data democratization and self-service onboarding capabilities to reduce manual effort and improve partner experience.
• Lead product launches, adoption strategies, and rollouts across global teams, ensuring smooth enablement and training.
• Define KPIs (time to launch, partner satisfaction, operational effort reduction), track outcomes, and continuously iterate.
• Stay current on fintech, payments, and platform trends; bring best practices into BHN's onboarding architecture.
• Communicate with impact by presenting strategies, roadmaps, and progress updates to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (MBA a plus).
• 8+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in SaaS, platform, fintech, or enterprise software.
• Proven ability to reduce operational complexity and drive measurable improvements in time-to-market.
• Experience managing complex API- and data-integration products, including ETLs and large-scale platform connectivity.
• Deep familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management tools (Rally, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
• Excellent analytical skills, able to translate complex requirements into clear product specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—capable of influencing without authority in a matrixed global organization.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams through ideation, execution, and adoption.
• Familiarity with payments, incentives, or financial services industries is a plus.
• Knowledge of data privacy, regulatory, and governance frameworks in a global context.
• A strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments while maintaining long-term vision.

Benefits

Salary Range for California Residents Only: $133,920.00 to $180,800.00

Salary Range for Illinois Residents Only: $105,770.00 to $142,800.00

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Blackhawk Network offers benefits including 401k with employer match, medical, dental, vision, 12 paid holidays in the year 2025, 1 hour of sick pay accrual for every 30 hours worked, parental leave, life insurance, disability insurance, accident and illness insurance, health and dependent care flexible spending accounts, wellness benefits, and flexible time off for all full-time employees.
