We are seeking a highly motivated Vice President of Incentives Marketing to lead the marketing strategy and execution for BHN's B2B rewards and incentives portfolio. This is not a brand role—it is a performance-driven, revenue-focused position designed to accelerate demand generation, pipeline creation, and customer acquisition across both SMB and enterprise markets.
This leader must be commercially minded, analytically driven, and deeply collaborative with sales leadership to achieve and exceed growth targets. You will be responsible for building and executing marketing programs that directly influence revenue, focusing on lead generation, account-based marketing (ABM), content marketing, and trade show strategy. The ideal candidate has experience in payments marketing with a strong understanding of the rewards and incentives space.
