UX/UI Designer
We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer with proven experience in TAMM platform design to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-centered digital experiences that align with government standards, business objectives, and end-user needs.
You will collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and development teams to deliver intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces.
Responsibilities
Design end-to-end UX/UI solutions for web and mobile platforms, with a strong focus on TAMM government services.
Translate business and user requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Ensure designs comply with TAMM design guidelines, usability standards, and accessibility requirements.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI libraries.
Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
