We're looking for a driven, creative, and seriously high-ownership Growth Marketing Manager who loves moving quickly, experimenting boldly, and building growth loops that take Blink 10x in the year ahead. This is a role where you can think big, move fast, and actually see the results.

What You'll Do

  • Build and run creative campaigns across social, content, email, SEO, partnerships, GEO - driving inbound discovery and organic demand.
  • Spot cultural moments, product insights, and user stories that make Blink stand out then turn them into high-performing content.
  • Repurpose product learnings into messaging that improves acquisition and activation.
  • Support landing page optimisation with sharper narratives, CRO input, and collaboration with design + product marketing.
  • Use analytics tools (GA4, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Mixpanel) to evaluate channels, experiments, funnel performance and rapidly put those data driven insights to work
  • Partner with Sales to ensure top-of-funnel interest turns into quality PQLs and real opportunities.
  • Contribute to playbooks and nurture journeys that help users progress through self-serve and sales-assisted paths.
  • Work with the Growth squad to improve onboarding, in-product prompts and "aha moments."
  • Experiment your way into higher trial engagement, better activation, and stronger early retention.
