We're looking for a VP of Growth to design and scale our growth engine from the ground up. Reporting to the COO, you'll own the strategy, execution, and results across our self-serve funnel—with full budget ownership and executive backing. Lead Blink's product-led growth strategy—owning acquisition, activation, and conversion. Scale organic growth channels (SEO, community, partnerships, content) and accelerate learnings with smart paid bets. Build and perfect our PQL motion, partnering with Sales to convert high-intent users. Lead a cross-functional growth squad, aligning Product, Marketing, Sales, and Data. Own key metrics (sign-ups, activation, CAC, LTV, retention) and ensure resources drive exponential returns.
