We're seeking an exceptional Head Of Design to lead our growing design team and shape the visual identity of one of the world's leading cryptocurrency platforms. This is a unique opportunity to define and elevate our brand across every touchpoint—from our website and mobile app to social media, real-life events, and beyond.

As Head Of Design, you'll be both a visionary leader and a hands-on creative force. You'll build and maintain cohesive design systems that push the boundaries of what's possible for a crypto company, while nurturing a talented team of designers to do their best work.

What You Will Do

• Lead and grow our design team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning
• Own our brand identity across all channels, ensuring consistency and excellence at every touchpoint
• Build and maintain comprehensive design systems that scale across web, mobile, and physical experiences
• Drive creative innovation, staying ahead of design trends and movements while bringing fresh thinking to the crypto space
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on contribution, getting into the details when needed while empowering your team to excel
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver world-class user experiences
• Elevate our presence at events, campaigns, and key brand moments with standout creative work

What You Will Need

• 8+ years of design experience across a variety of projects and mediums
• Proven leadership experience managing, mentoring, and growing design teams
• Exceptional eye for detail with a deep understanding of design trends, movements, and best practices
• Strong systems thinking, with experience building and maintaining scalable design systems
• Hands-on expertise as an individual contributor who still loves to create
• A standout portfolio that demonstrates your range, craft, and creative thinking
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Framer, and ideally Rive
• Specialization in a particular design discipline (e.g., 3D work, motion design, illustration) is a strong plus
• Someone who geeks out over the latest design tools, techniques, and creative possibilities
• Crypto or fintech experience is a bonus, but not essential—we value design talent above all
