As a Senior Product Manager focused on Data Integrations, you'll drive the strategy and execution of our next-generation data integrations and transformation platform. You'll own the roadmap to enable real-time data flows (via Kafka, Snowflake, Databricks, ADLS, etc.), introduce lightweight transformation layers (Omniconnect), and ensure AI-powered agents support customers in sourcing and formatting the right data.
You'll work cross-functionally with Engineering teams, as well as key external partners. Your role is critical to helping our customers quickly and flexibly integrate new data sources, enabling advanced real-time marketing use cases and strengthening our competitive edge.
Whether you're working from one of our Central Europe offices or from home on a full-time basis, you will play an integral role in delivering reliable and high-throughput products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and refine the integration and data transformation roadmap – balancing immediate customer needs with long-term strategic growth.
- Identify and prioritize the most impactful data sources (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Azure ADLS) and streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, PubSub).
- Define data transformation and orchestration flows, ensuring scalability and simplicity for both technical and non-technical users.
- Identify where AI agents can automate data discovery, transformation, and onboarding tasks.
- Balance automation and user control, ensuring a seamless experience for both technical and non-technical users.
- Partner with Engineering to break down high-level business and data use cases into clear requirements
- Support go-to-market efforts by collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive adoption and showcase value.
- Track the competitive landscape (Braze, Salesforce, Insider) to ensure Bloomreach maintains a differentiated, market-leading position.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive adoption and communicate the value of new integrations and data features.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of product management experience in data integrations, ETL/ELT, or SaaS platforms.
- Understanding of data architectures (streaming vs. batch, real-time pipelines, data transformations).
- Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) and data lake platforms.
- Familiarity with Kafka or similar real-time streaming technologies.
- Ability to work with technical teams on complex data integration challenges while balancing UX considerations.
- A pragmatic approach to problem solving and "Can-do" attitude.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Negotiating skills to find a solution and compromise suitable for multiple parties.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, aligning technical execution with high-level business impact.
- Ownership and responsibility mindset.
- Analytics skills to understand data and how to interpret them.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience from a B2B or B2C SaaS/Technology company
- Experience working with/for enterprise companies
- Experience with AI-powered data automation or AI agents for data enablement.

What You'll Do in Your First 90 Days:
First 30 Days – Understand and Align:
- Onboard to Bloomreach product, processes, and team structure.
- Deep dive into our existing integrations architecture and roadmap.
- Understand customer pain points around data sourcing, real-time use cases, and transformation.
- Build relationships with Engineering and stakeholders.
- Clarify success metrics and align on execution priorities.
Days 31–60 – Drive Planning and Early Execution:
- Start working on a proposal for a roadmap for new data sources (e.g., Snowflake, ADLS).
- Review competitor approaches (e.g., Braze, Salesforce, Insider) and identify market gaps.
- Start research on requirements for AI-powered agent flows and transformation templates.
- Identify dependencies and coordinate cross-functional workstreams.
- Present a delivery plan with priorities and success criteria.
Days 61–90 – Deliver, Iterate, and Scale:
- Launch at least one early integration milestone or transformation prototype (internal or beta).
- Support Engineering in execution and unblock issues proactively.
- Begin working on documentation and enablement with Customer Success and Marketing.
- Collect early feedback and adjust priorities where needed.
- Identify longer-term opportunities to scale the platform and expand the scope.
