The Sr. Director of 360 Brand Marketing, reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, will be responsible for driving and scaling a high-growth overall business for Blueprint. This role will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive 360° brand marketing strategy, focusing on optimizing brand and market combinations to maximize consumer engagement. Responsibilities include demand generation, leading website technology initiatives, and leveraging KPIs and data analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation. With a vision to build a $500 million enterprise within the next five years, this position will play a pivotal role in achieving ambitious growth targets through strategic leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
